A concurrent user is anyone actively connected to and interacting with your deployed application through their browser at any given moment. Users who close their browser or disconnect are no longer counted.

Storage limits are per plan as listed above. There is no hard limit on application complexity — Tookeo supports the full UE5 feature set including Nanite and Lumen. For very large projects, the Enterprise plan offers unlimited storage and dedicated infrastructure.
Tookeo Cloud is available in multiple regions across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Enterprise customers can request specific regional deployments or dedicated infrastructure in additional locations.
